| OUR RENTAL POLICY: |
|
| • |
25% of the invoice must be paid at time of reservation and the other 75% must be paid at least one week before the event. We are a prepaid services company. |
| • |
Standard Rental Rate finish when the main event is over (on maximum of 3 consecutive days, except per day items). After that, all items can be pick up either right after the event, the following day or the day after. |
| • |
For a weekend event, rental items are usually delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and pick up on Monday or Tuesday because most of the time we don’t work on Sunday, but SER reserves the right to pick up on Sunday morning, afternoon or evening all or partial items if considered necessary. |

| Sunday deliveries or pick up and other hours that are not on the above schedule are available for an additional fee |

The rental fee of tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, chair bows, does NOT include setting up these items, unless is requested by the client and pays a set up fee. |

When our company considers that the client might be a high risk liability to our products, we reserve the right to refuse further service and the deposit (if any) will be refunded. |
| • |
Full payment MUST be received before the event or delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. |

| RENTAL AGREEMENT |
|
| • |
The undersigned agrees to pay for the repair &/or cost of the equipment for any damage to or loss regardless of cause while is in its possession. |
| • |
Our tablecloths are either brand new or almost new. If the client returns any tablecloths that are no longer reusable for rental, the client will be charged the FOR SALE full price. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| • |
If rental order is cancelled for any circumstances 48 hours before delivery date, refund will be issued
minus 10% cancellation fee. |
| • |
If rental order is cancelled for any circumstances 24 hours before delivery date, refund will be issued
minus 20% cancellation fee. |
| • |
If rental order is cancelled for any circumstances a few hours before delivery time, refund will be issued
minus 30% cancellation and restocking fee. |
| • |
No refunds if rental order is cancelled for any circumstances after delivery is done or truck is outside the
location attempting delivery. |
| • |
Should any equipment malfunction or require repair, customer shall immediately cease using the
equipment and notify S.E.R. If such condition is the result of normal operation; S.E.R. will repair or
replace the equipment with similar equipment in working order if such replacement equipment is
available at that moment; otherwise S.E.R. will terminate any rental charges accruing after the time of
equipment failure. |

All equipment is checked and delivery in good working condition. In no event shall S.E.R. be
responsible to customer or any other party for any equipment malfunction while is in use. Customer
acknowledges and assumes all risks inherent in the operation, use, malfunction and possession of the
equipment until the equipment is pick up. |
