Customer agrees to pay for the repair &/or cost of the equipment for any damage to or loss regardless of cause while is in its possession. |

No refunds. If event is cancelled for any other circumstances at least 72 hours before the event, will issue full credit for another event. |

No refunds. If event is cancelled for any other circumstances 48 hours before the event, will issue credit for another event minus 10% cancellation fee. |

No refunds if event is cancelled for any other circumstances 24 hours before the event or the same day of the event |

Should any equipment malfunction or
require repair, customer shall immediately cease using the
equipment and notify S.E.R. If such condition is the result of
normal operation; S.E.R. will repair or replace the equipment
with similar equipment in working order if such replacement
equipment is available at that moment; otherwise S.E.R. will
terminate any rental charges accruing after the time of
equipment failure. |

All equipment is checked and delivery
in good working condition. In no event shall S.E.R. be
responsible to customer or any other party for any equipment
malfunction while is in use. Customer acknowledges and assumes
all risks inherent in the operation, use, malfunction and
possession of the equipment until the equipment is pick up. |
