OUR RENTAL POLICY:
25% of the invoice must be paid at the time of reservation and the other 75% must be paid at least one week before the event.
We are a prepaid services company.
Standard Rental Rate ends when the main event is over (on maximum of 3 consecutive days, except per day items). After that, all items can be picked up either right after the event, the following day or the day after.
For a weekend event, rental items are usually delivered on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and picked up on Monday or Tuesday because most of the time we do not work on Sunday, but SER reserves the right to pick up on Sunday morning, afternoon or evening all or partial items if considered necessary.
 
All Standard deliveries are on the following schedule:
  Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm
  Friday 11:00– 9:00pm
  Saturday 7:00am – 3:00pm
  Sunday no deliveries
 
All Standard pick up are on the following schedule:
  Monday 10:00am – 9:00pm
  Tuesday to Thursday 10:00am – 6:00pm
  Friday Noon – 9:00pm
  Saturday 7:00am – 3:00pm
  Sunday no pick up
 
Sunday deliveries or pick ups and other hours that are not on the above schedule are available for an additional fee.
 
The rental fee of tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, chair bows, does NOT include set up these, unless it is requested by the client and the client pays a set up fee.
When our company considers that the client might be a high risk liability to our products, we reserve the right to refuse further service and the deposit (if any) will be refunded.
Full payment MUST be received before the event or delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The client must pay for the repair &/or costs of the equipment for any damage to or loss regardless of cause while it is in the …..client's possession.
Our tablecloths are either brand new or almost new. If the client returns any tablecloths that are no longer reusable for rental, the client will …..be charged the FOR SALE full price. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the rental order is cancelled for any circumstances 24 hours before the delivery date, a refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.
If the rental order is cancelled for any circumstances a few hours before delivery time, a refund will be issued minus a 30% cancellation and restocking fee.
No refunds will be issued if the rental order is cancelled for any circumstances after delivery is done or the truck is loaded and en route.
Should any equipment malfunction or require repair, the client shall immediately cease using the equipment and notify S.E.R. If such condition is the result of normal operation; S.E.R. will repair or replace the equipment with similar equipment in working order if such replacement equipment is available at that moment; otherwise S.E.R. will terminate any rental charges accruing after the time of equipment failure.
All equipment is checked and delivered in good working condition. In no event shall S.E.R. be responsible to the client or any other party for any equipment malfunction while it is in use. The client assumes all risks inherent in the operation, use, malfunction and possession of the equipment until the equipment is picked up.
